Let us tell you that scholarship given to the women in the field of fine arts in Oxford University was given to women, but after the students accused of gender discrimination it was decided that all will be given equally.
Every student has the desire to get scholarship from Oxford University in the UK. Scholarships were being given to the students only in the last 100 years in fine arts, music and literature in this university. Not students But students accuse them of discrimination and put their demands in front of the university administration, it was accepted. Now students will also be entitled to scholarship. The University administration admitted that not giving scholarship to students is a violation of the Employment Equality Act. Fellowship has been introduced from January 10. In 1932, the junior research fellowship was announced in memory of the British archaeologist and Oxford graduate David Randel's wife Joanna Randall.
In this, only girls were given scholarship in fine arts, music and literature courses. University spokesman said that after the verdict, the terms of the year have been changed. Now there will be no gender discrimination. Administration will not be allowed to advertise or recruit at any position for only one gender. Oxford professor Elizabeth Cullingford himself read this fellowship. He questioned the decision, saying, 'I think that with one or two decisions, there is no danger to a big institution such as a university. It is true that boys should also get scholarship, but you can not call it a great decision. History is witness that the society has been the head of the society. By the end of the year, women were not even in the university and could not go to college. There is still a lot to be done for women. 
Oxford spokesman said that after the decision many terms of trust have been changed. So they are no longer gender-specific. The university is ending imbalance at many levels. Many female teachers are being recruited to promote equality and many programs have been started for their development.

 Oxford had initiated the 'Ze' press conference to end gender discrimination:

'he' and 'she' = 'ze'

Also has several initiatives prior to Oxford University to eliminate gender. Two years ago, the University has proved a unique initiative in this direction. Students still call each other as 'ze' instead of 'he' and 'she'.So that the distinction between boys and girls is over. • According to Forbes, Amazon's earnings went up to Rs 7.56 lakh crore in 2017, which was Rs 2.17 lakh crore more than the 2015 earnings. 90% of Amazon comes from Revenue Sales. India has a 44% stake in its e-commerce market.

• According to a report by Barclays Bank in the year 2018, its revenues in India in the last financial year are 22.4 thousand crore rupees.

    3. 70,000 crores of revenue from online advertising: -

• Online advertising is Amazon's new business. According to the third quarter report of the previous year, there has been an increase of 122% in the business category of the others. Online advertising comes in this category. Amazon is becoming a challenge for Facebook and Google.

• Amazon said in the third quarter that advertising received Rs 17,500 crore. About 70 thousand crores in a year.

• Financial Services Company Morgan Stanley said that the biggest contribution to Amazon's growth would be of Acquisition. It has acquired more than 86 companies. In 2017, he bought 10 start-ups.

Investment:

• It is estimated that it has invested in at least 128 companies. The company runs programs such as Alexa Fund and Alexa Excleter which invests on many technologies including Voice, Internet of Things. The Amazon Catalyst Program carries on investments in newer technologies, universities and colleges. Apart from these, it is also a cooperative investment program.

Biography of George Orwell: -

Profession - Writer / Novelist
Orwell was the most influential and thought-provoking author of the 20th century.

Their real name was Eric Arthur Blair. He was born on 25 June 1903 in Bihar, India. Soon after his birth, he moved to Oxford Shire (England) with his mother. He explains that his family was very poor and ambitious too. They used to call their family lower-upper-middle-class.
Orwell became uncomfortable with poverty, later he would go around and write about them.
When he was 14, he went to Eton Public School. They had big experiences and brain exercise too. However, they also felt bad about their friends having more money than them. They used to be uncomfortable with poverty.

Beginning of life: -

                 In search of good alternatives, they started less in the Bermidge Civil Service. Only by living in auger he taught to be spontaneous. In 1927 he resigned from the post. Their nature was that they used to try to understand the situation from others' perspective. They were not satisfied with the dichotomy of society. They used to hate their middle-class nutrition. He spent some days like a tourist so that the summary of life can be understood. He has also written these experiences in his book 'Down and Out in Paris and London'. Only after living in a very poor and disadvantaged family he went deep into this class.

Even though writing too few books, George Orwell's social, literary and political understanding was very good. Despite being a socialist, he did not consider any ideology. He is known for books like '1984' and 'Animal Form'.
During the Spanish Civil War, Orwell hated communist thinking. During World War II, he was declared unhealthy to give duty to them. Then he started writing in The Tribune, which was related to the working class. He started to take interest not only in politics but also in the life of the working class and the English culture. Orwell used to present himself as a secular person. In 1936, he married Eileen O'shenesi, and in 1944, he adopted a three-week child. He was a chain smoker and for this reason his lungs were getting worse. In the last days of life, they started living in a small village. Even here he used to do the writing. He died on January 21, 1950.

नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग व mlm का मतलब :-

                                                                   नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग का मतलब है की लोगो साथ लेकर मार्केटिंग करना यानि लोगो का नेटवर्क बनाके मार्केटिंग करना अथार्त mlm (multi level marketing ). 

   दूसरे शब्दों में कहे तो लोगो का समुह बनाकर मार्केटिंग करना।  अगर आप भी नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग के बारे में जानना चाहते है और ये बिज़नेस करना चाहते है तो लास्ट तक पढ़े। 

Network marketing की शुरुवात:- 

                                                               नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग की शुरुवात अमेरिका के दो भाइयो ने मिलकर की थी। भारत में नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग की शुरुवात 1990 में की गयी थी। 

नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग की आवश्यकता :-

                                                                Network marketing की आवश्यकता इसलिए हुई क्यों कि इससे लोगो कोई सर्विस या सामान सीधे कंपनी से ले सकते है यानि c to c (company to customer) . इससे लोगो को कम रेट में सामान या सर्विस मिल पाती है। इससे बीच के दलालो सिस्टम ही ख़त्म हो जाता है। 

 इसे ऐसे समजो जैसे कोई कंपनी एक साबुन बनाती है अब साबुन की लागत एक रु है तथा एक रु कंपनी खुद लेती तो साबुन कंपनी से 2 रुपये में निकली।

अब बीच रस्ते में साबुन की लागत :-

                                               advertisement,state,district,होलसेलर ,रिटेलर तथा कस्टमर तक आते -आते वही 2 रुपये की साबुन 10 रुपये की हो जाती है। जबकि नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग में ऐसा नहीं होता हैं क्यों की इसमें आपको वो साबुन डायरेक्ट मिल रही है।

  इससे हमारे फायदे :-

                                 इससे हमारे अलग-अलग तरिके से फायदे है एक तो हमें सामान सही लागत पर मिलता है तथा दूसरा ये की इससे हम अपनी इनकम भी कर सकते है यानि  की पैसे कमा सकते  है 

 अब आप सोच रहे होंगे की  पैसे कैसे कमा सकते है तो चलिए ये भी सीखते है। 

   नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग का मतलब लोगो के समूह से है तो इसमें शुरुवात एक दो जनो द्वारा की जाती तथा देखते - देखते एक बड़ा समूह बन जाता है अब आप लोग भी इसमें ज्वाइन लेकर अपना बिज़नेस शुरु कर सकते है तथा डाउन में लोगो को ज्वाइन कराके अपना बिज़नेस स्टार्ट कर सकते है अब आपके डाउन में लोगो की  जोइनिंग होती जाएगी तथा आपकी इनकम बढ़ती जाएगी। इस प्रकार आप एक बड़ी टीम बनाकर लोगो को लोगो को बिज़नेस में  करते जाओगे तथा downline भी जोइनिंग कराएगी। 

इससे कंपनी आपको बिकने वाले सामान पर मार्जिन देती है यानि कमिसन देती है। इस प्रकार आप अपना बिज़नेस चालू कर सकते   है।
